The study of molecules of atmospheric interest is one of the main applications of spectroscopy because it is a good tool to determine the in-situ conditions of a medium (composition, pressure, temperature, ...). Especially the abundance of a species can be determined from observations on the ground, loaded (plane or balloon) or satellite. These data are essential in the modeling of the Earth's atmosphere. This requires laboratory studies to determine precisely the spectroscopic properties of the molecules concerned. While many data exist for catalogs transitions of these species (frequencies and intensities), information on parameters related to lineshape are often incomplete and limited mostly to room temperature. The first part of the work will be devoted to the construction of a new absorption variable temperature cell. This system will be used for studies of collisional enlargements in the range 150-1000 GHz CH3CN that the simplest organic nitro compounds as long-lived minor constituents of the atmosphere The processing of data obtained require the use of a line shape analysis code available in the laboratory and then a theoretical interpretation that will be made in collaboration with the University of Besançon. The data obtained will be integrated into HITRAN base.
